So I’m bored as shit waiting for 12:00 to happen so I can register for my last semester at Hofstra. Wow that’s depressing. Anyway, I was roaming around ESPN when I saw this article where Michael Jordan claimed he could score 100 points in a game right now if we wanted to. For some reason this kind of pissed me off. Like I have nothing against MJ and he probably is the greatest player ever, but c’mon man, just because you’re old and haggard now and nobody ever talks about you doesn’t mean you get to rip apart Kobe so your name can be in the news again. I don’t really like Kobe, but I got respect for the guy because all he does is win. Sorry MJ, but you’re wrong. There’s absolutely no way in hell you could go on the floor right now and drop 100. I agree that the NBA has gotten a little softer in recent years, especially for stars like Kobe, Wade, and LeBron, but there’s no way your grandpa legs could move around any current defense. Remember that “comeback” of yours? Haha yeah taht worked out real well. What’d you score 6 points a game? Fucking Brian Scalabrini averages that. I mean, he never even came close while he was in his prime! What makes him think that he’d be able too now? This just bothered me because of how he just “had” to try and knock Kobe down a notch while the guy is clearly the best player in the NBA right now. Jordan calling him a top 10 shooting guard is like “yeah, no shit Michael.” Kobe’s easily top 10 players of all time, and this just makes Jordan look like a jackass. Hey Michael, just because you’re ACTUALLY in a video game now doesn’t mean you’re “back.” Sit down, shut up and go manage the Bobcats or whatever useless franchise you’re now apart of.
Shutup Jordan
