Jesus Jerry Jones, I know your embarrassed because you’re team would get its ass kicked by my flag football team, but you don’t have to go all Jigsaw on everybody’s ass. Actually, maybe you do. The Dallas Cowboys might be the most embarrassing team that I’ve seen in a long time. Watching that game last night was pretty funny, and even my professor just said that he laughed harder last night at the Cowboys than he has in a movie in a while.
Now I absolutely knew Dallas would be nowhere near as good as everyone said they were going to be (like usual) and laughed when people said they were Super Bowl favorites, but I never expected this. Yeah, yeah they’re “star” QB is out and shit has hit the fan, but that’s definitely not an excuse. Look at Green Bay for instance. They lost their number #1 running back and soon to be star tight end, and they’re in first place coming off two really impressive wins.
Wade Phillips might be the worst coach of all time, using that last timeout and not being able to challenge the non fumble was such a terrible mistake and Wade knew it, he looked like he wanted to go hide behind a giant cheesesteak right there on the field. Jerry Jones aid he won’t make any mid season firings, but I feel like he has to. There’s no way Wade Philips can continue to coach a team that doesn’t give a shit about him and even about football anymore. Maybe Wade will just “magically” not wake up one morning or Jones will force him to resign, but something needs to happen or this team WILL go 1-15, and I hope they do.
Watching Mike Jenkins completely pull up on a potential goal line stop just proves how little this team cares and how screwed they are if changes aren’t made. They already lost their best chance at winning this year by getting raped by Jacksonville, and have a pretty tough schedule on the way out. I really hope they go 1-15 so we can then rip apart their probable bust of a selection.
