Well, my “reverse picking” strategy worked last weekend as the Seahawks and Jets prevailed right on cue, while my Chiefs pick blew up in my face and the Packers shut down Vick like I thought they would.
Here goes round 2:
Kicking things off is the Steelers vs. Ravens game that ESPN is absolutely jerking off too and it’s getting annoying. OK, it’s going to be a good game, we fucking get it. 20 bucks says the Steelers win by 3 and Big Ben is yet again the best QB of all time. Steelers 27 Ravens 24
Falcons vs. Packers: Falcons 473 Packers 0.
Seahawks vs. Bears: I think this is going to end up being a real good one. Hasselbeck surprised the hell out of everyone and proved that he does still exist last weekend. Can he do it again and outplay Jay Cutler? Of course he can! Cutler is probably the worst QB left in the playoffs. Although the Bears D is amazing, so I doubt we’ll see another “Beast Mode” run from Lynch, or 2 wide open TD’s for John Carlson. Bears 27 Seahawks 20
Jets vs. Patriots: So far everyone I’ve talked to has said that this is the least interesting game of the weekend since they think the Jets will just get raped again. I actually don’t think so. The Jets will put up a much better fight than last time and Tom Brady will get put on his ass a few times by a pissed off Jets D. I just don’t think their offense will be able to muster enough to beat the seemingly unbeatable Patriots, especially after how miserable Sanchez looked last weekend. Patriots 24 Jets 13
