Just Rockin’ the Beer Gut

I am officially back from my leave of absence, and I expect ya’ll missed me. Figure I should start talking like a southerner, considering I have to speak to all these baseball players in the Cape League who are from the southern states. Basically, I have not been on because my computer had a case of the shits, my lazy, binge drinking lifestyle, andthe Internet in our apartment was not working, previously mentioned in an article Leary and I wrote the other day. Since my last post, a shit load has happened in the sports world, but the most appealing has gotta be the NBA finals. There hasn’t been much posted about the finals so what the hell, I guess ill talk about how much I hate this series.

First, what in the hell are the refs doing this series. They have controlled the entire finals. They have limited the key players in this series and have effected the outcome of a number of games so far. There is no way you can put Kobe on the bench during any of these games, but somehow the refs did that and the same with Ray Ray. And whats up with the shitty basketball being played by the Lakers in the last two. This might be the most dreadful series to watch because of the poor basketball that is being played. The Lakers look atrocious on offense. They turn it over every other possession and take incredibly bad shots, with a lot of time left on the shot clock. Last night Kobe dropped 38, while the rest of the team had a total of 48. Are you kidding me. Hey Pau, 10 points is not going to do it. Ever since Pau, called out Garnett for losing a step, he’s done shit. Pau should dominate Garnett down low and even though Bynum is injured he should tear up Big Baby and Perkins.

One thing I do know is that there is no way that Boston losses now. I’ll give credit to the Celtics for playing such good team defense and basically letting Kobe do whatever he wants and then limiting everyone else. I mean that’s key. The way the Lakers play, all you should do is try and stop everyone else and boy, they are doing just that. But let me make a point, this is not because of Doc Rivers. Everyone stop saying Doc is out coaching Phil. The Lakers are just playing like crap and the Celtics are taking advantage of that. The big four or whatever you want to call them are playing very well and will win this series. It might be six, it might be seven, but they will win and I not going to be happy. Only chance the Lake show have is if Pau can score 20 plus points and then someone else besides Kobe can step up. Hopefully this happens cause I can’t take another “Beat LA” chant. That is the worst chant ever by the way. The chant started when the Celtics lost first of all. In the 80′s Philly was beating boston to go to the finals and Celtics fans started chanting beat LA to Philly. I don’t get why they still chant it, it wasn’t even for the Celtics. That’s how I know Boston fans are retarded. So fuck you Boston.
